Windstar Homes, founded in 1996, is a nationally recognized, award-winning Design-Build Firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida. They approached Bseen with the need to refresh their website. They wanted a more modern feel that showcased their beautiful work in a elegant manner, ultimately appealing to their luxury clientele.

At this point they had not been active on social media other than posting a project here and there on the owner’s personal Facebook page where most of his friends would engage. We built out a fully branded Instagram and Facebook page and began a mixture of organic social media and paid Meta ads. The results spoke for themselves, literally. The owners had people personally reaching out about their new and improved look and online presence. 

Shortly after creating a top-of-mind awareness campaign, we created a nurturing sequence with automated external emails and newsletter updates to their clients and future prospects. In addition, we created an internal email campaign that allowed the large Windstar family to stay in the know at the height of COVID.
